The Opera CAM module is the tool that, when installed on the work center, allows you to develop the machining execution programs . The work program can be developed by providing for single machining operations performed on the profile, or multiple operations performed simultaneously.
With Opera CAM we can preview the list of programs to be executed and check the one in execution; adjust the position of the clamps on the profile; check the position of the spindle for holes or slots; archive the tools and programs.
Opera CAM also manages double-zone and double-stroke machining and performs automatic and semi-automatic machining.
A simulator inside Opera CAM shows the entire process in 3D, reproducing the movement of the spindle and displaying the macro, developed in ISO language , which sends the instructions with the parameters needed by the machines.
